# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until lightly browned. Add onions and sauté until caramelized. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Coat the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange frozen pierogies in an even layer, followed by the kielbasa and onion mixture, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
