→ Cowboy Butter

10 - 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
14 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
15 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
16 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
17 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
18 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Pat steak dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side to medium-rare doneness. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
04 - Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain for maximum tenderness.
05 - Place slider buns cut side down into the skillet and toast until golden brown.
06 - Layer sliced steak onto the bottom halves of the toasted buns. Spoon cowboy butter generously over the steak, add desired toppings, and cover with the top bun.
07 - Serve the sliders hot with extra cowboy butter on the side for dipping.

# Helpful Suggestions:

01 - Allow the steak to rest after searing to retain juiciness before slicing.
